"Third Party Liaison-
the real differentiator; comprehensive and managed services"

A comprehensive and effective
Occupational Health Service requires regular liaison between the various
parties involved. These may be either internal to the client or
external. By co-ordinating those activities usually in a
co-ordinated fashion with HR, MOH Ltd effectively manage cases
forward in an appropriate and supportive manner. This may
involve discussion and co-ordinated activities with other parties such
as employment lawyers, PHI insurers, PMI insurers, EL insurers and
others including Tribunal representation.
"The Case Conference"
Few cases are
straight forward and almost none can be dealt with in isolation.
For instance when managing long-term disability cases there should be
regular close involvement by all parties involved. The ideal format for that
is the case conference where everyone can discuss the issues "face
to face" either directly or via video teleconference link.
Activities such as co-ordinated interventions can then be agreed as well
as specific management plans put in place.
