There are real advantages from being able to easily interface with our clients electronically.  By "E-enabling" certain areas of our operations we are able to securely flow information between us and our clients, ultimately making the process more efficient than would be the case otherwise. Browser based systems are used to ensure that the process is as user-friendly as possible.  The highest security protocols are used for safe electronic transfer and meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
