An Occupational Health Service is
only as good as the administrative and back office support that
underpins the clinical activities. In a managed and pro-active
service this is all the more important. Particular attention is
consistently paid to the accuracy and security of record keeping, and
all cases are actively managed by the administrative function with
automated flow of information to the client eg with status reports.
By recruiting high quality staff and
by investing in their training and development we are able to
effectively support our contracts and clients. In addition we
invest in sophisticated IT infrastructures which assist with the
demands of clinicians, administrative staff and clients alike. These infrastructures
are specifically designed for OH use. In addition they can interface with clients' own IT systems for the transfer of
information automatically. We are fully compliant with the Data
