The success and efficacy of any
Occupational Health Service is fundamentally dependant upon the clinical
staff, their expertise, qualifications and experience. Therefore,
only clinical staff who match our stringent professional criteria are
employed. Those criteria include the appropriate medical
qualifications in their discipline with associated accreditation and
just as importantly, relevant experience of the market sectors in which
they will be working. They also need to function as an effective
part of the team, that team including in its broadest sense the client.
