Every Occupational
Health service must meet the needs of the client, both
legislative and in terms of 'best practice'. Not
only must it assist the client with their specific
health issues, it should also be able to consistently
and transparently demonstrate value. There needs
to be effective communication, co-ordination and
co-operation between provider and client, to the extent
where the OH service does not appear to be
outsourced at all, i.e. fully embedded.

We invite a more
dynamic approach to the management of Occupational
Health. We not only carry out what is
considered to be the more traditional role through HR or
Line Management but, we also co-ordinate and liaise
with all of the professional areas and functions that
are needed to ensure the effective management of a case
or strategic
health issue
ranging from risk managers through to employment law
specialists or EL insurers.
As part of the the MMC Group we are able to call upon a wide range
of sophisticated medical technologies and services
in-house to support our OH provision.
