There are many facets to the OH
process. These range from on-site face to face consultations carried out in
"clinics" to remote services where there is an initial telephonic
assessment. Whichever is chosen, the essential elements remain the
same i.e. a professional and robust assessment, active management of the
case forwards, with regular feedback to the client and definitive advice
on how best to manage issues.
Reporting is key.
Our reports are standardised in their format and structure. Experience has shown
us that a
consistent format makes it easier for the information and advice to be
assimilated, particularly when it is a complicated case. This
approach ensures that there is consistency and it also ensures the
maintenance of high standards of management and clinical advice.
This advice will allow the employer to move the case forward, it will be
definitive but, it will also provide the employer with management
options and flexibility of approach.
